Job Description
• Able to identify customer needs and larger business objectives that a product or feature will fulfil, articulates what success looks like for a product, and rallies a team to turn that vision into a reality.
• Plan new product launches to support inorganic growth strategy of the company
• Interact and strategise with Top management, Sales team, and Design department for conceptualisation and business case preparation including Sales volume, Revenue and Profitability
• Pitching and positioning new ideas for products and development of features.
• Design, Cost and Price benchmarks through market study along with sales team for compiling a roadmap.
• Working with engineering and design teams to bring the product to life. Ensuring that each product meets the needs of the targeted user or customer on price and performance.
• Should be able to work with cross-functional teams in all the departments (Sales, Design, Production, Quality, Purchase, Logistics and Costing/Finance) of the company to launch the conceptualized product.
