he candidates should be with below qualities

–          Min 15 years of experience in Freight forwarding industry
–          Good knowledge of Ocean freight and Air Freight operations – Knowledge of customs clearance can be an added advantage
–          Team management skills
–          Having analytical skills
–          Min qualification – Graduate
–          Having knowledge of business development will be an added advantage
–          Currently working as a branch manager will be an ideal candidate
–          Having worked in the WEST region in a similar role or as any senior role ( department head)

Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
