Job Description
➢ Build, plan and implement the overall lead-generation strategy
➢ You will have the autonomy and budgets to plan, create, run, monitor, and course-correct campaigns
➢ Start with outbound, and lead an inbound marketing initiative and keep that as the long-term goal
➢ Measure ROI, KPIs, campaign metrics, etc. to make data-driven decisions
➢ Plan, monitor and manage the ongoing brand presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.) thru social media listening tools
➢ Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
➢ Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, WebTrends, Tableau etc.)
➢ Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
➢ Generate monthly reports on our marketing campaign’s performance
➢ Onboard tools that add more impact to our initiatives
➢ Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
➢ Keep a close eye on the emerging digital marketing trends and explore how they could be leveraged to generate leads for us
➢ Train and guide fellow team members
➢ Receive upskilling support as and when necessary
➢ A highly collaborative relationship with internal clients and stakeholders
Skill Set/Experience:
➢ 6+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
➢ Proven experience in creating multi-channel user journeys and attribution metrics
➢ Experience at an IT services company would be awesome
➢ Exposure to US B2B (for lead gen) and support Indian B2C (Multiple brands)
➢ Expert-level knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, etc.
➢ We are building a lean-mean marketing team with just one guy right now, so you should be someone who enjoys being hands-on and on top of things
➢ Certification in SEO/ Digital Marketing is an added advantage
