Job Description

Position Title: Engineer – Robotic, CNC & Welding
Reporting to:        Manager – Production
Location:               Chennai Plant
Age limit 25-30 Years
Experience 3-4 Years
Scope and Responsibilities: ·         Knowledge on welding and machining process such as manual welding, robotic welding, VMC operations

·         Line balancing based on operation and establishing proper welding sequences

·         Knowledge of line balancing

·         Fulfillment of production according to plan

·         Coordinate and motivate team for continual improvement in cycle time in assembly process

·         Plan resources (material, manning, tooling) and coordinate with supplier departments

·         Maintain 5S

·         Knowledge of IATF – 16949, OHSAS, KAIZAN, EMS
Must have ·         B.E or Diploma in Mechanical Engg.

·         Good scores (average 60%) throughout the career

·         Navision ERP system knowledge
Personal Attributes and skills ·         Excellent oral and written communication skills.

·         Excellent interpersonal skills are required to deal with sensitive issues, develop market or influence others inside and outside the organisation to take specific actions.

·         Sound analytical skills

·         Willingness to travel extensively

·         Excellent command over MS Excel and Power point

·         Presentation skills
