Job Description

Position Title:       Manager – Finance
Reporting To:       Div. Manager – Finance
Location:               Jamshedpur Plant
Scope and

Responsibilities:

 ·        Internal Audit in all the Area and Monitoring IFC across all departments and branches.

·        Provide support in completion of Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing Audit & Annual Review Audit

·        Company Master data Review, control & Suggestion

·        Inventory Management – Valuation, Reporting, control, Analysis on movement and advise to management

·        Implementation of Standard costing concept in manufacturing process

·        Product costing – Item wise, process wise, Overhead allocation, Approach analysis & Targeted costing

·        Manufacturing cost Analysis and Comparison between Targeted saving against actual savings

·        Scrap monitoring, control and reconciliation with BOM

·        Business case, capital budgeting and preparation of ROI

·        Fixed Asset Management – Analysis, Control & Reporting

·        Yearly Budgeting and Rolling forecast

·        Finance Dashboard and various KPIs

·        Preparation of financial statement as per IGAAP

·        Account finalization monthly and Yearly reporting as per HQ requirement

·        Navision 365 BC – Knowledge, Control and Compliance

·        Freight Charges – Provision and Actual expenses analysis

·        Finance review with Management and clarification

·        Efficiently management of working capital – AR, AP & Cash

·        TB reconciliation and open item review

·        Expert knowledge on Companies Act 2015

·        Income tax Assessment & preparation income tax filling documents

·        Sound knowledge in Custom process and documentation

·        All other Statutory compliance
Must have ·         Good scores (average 60%) throughout the career

·         Fluency in MS- Office and ERP Software knowledge

·         Expertise in advance Excel and Powerpoint

·         Fluency and command over spoken and written English

·         Experience in working for an International organization in the last 3 years

·         Expertise in strategy planning, Operational expertise, Cost Leadership, experience of implementation of Business excellence models, Inventory management, forecasting, customer management, grooming and mentoring the team, and establishing right connect with the stakeholders

·         Target setter / Goal oriented person achieving desired company objectives

·         Team Leader, able to coach and mentor handling diversified team and lead from the front
