| Scope and Responsibilities: |
- Expertise in Store management procedures and best practices, Responsible for accurate and timely management of store operations.
- Look after Inventory management and control
- Ensure availability of optimum stock and carry out monthly stock reconciliation. Monitoring slow and non-moving stock and taking proper action.
- Knowledge Sheet metal handling, storage & prevention.
- Inventory reconciliation, Tracking the inventory level by analysing safety stock, min-max & reorder level.
- Monitoring & accountability of JOB Work/Subcontracting parts & it’s scrap.
- Experienced in Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
- Ability to implement process improvement initiatives, Ensure 5S and Safety in the warehouse
- Strong knowledge of Store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Leadership skills and ability manage staff, Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
- Software skill – MS- Office, ERP
- Handling audit of TS & IATF certification and customer audit for store management.

| Must haves |
- B.COM /BBA/Material Management
- Good scores (average 60%) throughout the career
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
- Fluency in MS- Office and ERP Software knowledge
- Expertise in advance Excel and Powerpoint
- Fluency and command over spoken and written English
- Experience working in an International organization in the last 5 years
- Working knowledge on ERP in Supply Chain
