Job Responsibility:
- Built client base and interest in business services for continued revenue growth.
- Assessed client needs and determined / presented relevant solutions using a consultative approach.
- Account Management. Offered ongoing client resources and support to outperform competition.
- Oversaw service issues and client satisfaction.
- To manage the Existing Business across the territory and to increase the current trading potential. To liaison with Import & Export for the respective territory and extend necessary Support for Sign-ups. To promote and suggest innovative products, on the basis of Market Analysis. To ensure customers are aware of all value added and automation services extended by the organization.
- Receive Inquiries, prepare and follow up on quotations to convert into business.
- Follow up for timely execution of orders, coordinate with documentation and timely realization pf sales, complaint handling and resolving.
- Sales Coordination & Communication with Overseas agents.
