Job Description
- Responsible to expand warehouse business south India area.
- 3PL sales experience.
- Work closely with various stakeholders to create integrated solution customized.
- Provide statistics and analysis of business trends and forecasts.
- Customer Service-SLA’s compliance. Identify new business opportunities in the industry through market research and modern marketing techniques.
- Preparation of marketing action plan, business proposal and submission.
- Continuous relationship management with market customers.
- Close interaction with other functional staffs to take up customer issues with an aim of improving overall service levels .
- Development of CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index).
