Job Description

  1. Responsible to expand warehouse business south India area.
  2. 3PL sales experience.
  3. Work closely with various stakeholders to create integrated solution customized.
  4. Provide statistics and analysis of business trends and forecasts.
  5. Customer Service-SLA’s compliance. Identify new business opportunities in the industry through market research and modern marketing techniques.
  6. Preparation of marketing action plan, business proposal and submission.
  7. Continuous relationship management with market customers.
  8. Close interaction with other functional staffs to take up customer issues with an aim of improving overall service levels .
  9. Development of CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index).
